How much is the standard website?
The current starting price is R3,950 once-off for a straightforward professional business website of up to six pages within the normal scope.
Is there another payment option?
Yes. You can spread the website build cost over 12 months at R899/month. Website Maintenance is included during the 12-month term. The first monthly payment is due before go-live, so there is no separate upfront website build fee. After month 12, maintenance can continue at R399/month if you want it.
When does the 12-month agreement start?
The 12-month term begins once you have approved the final version and the website has gone live. The drafting and review process happens before the term starts.
Can you secure my domain?
Yes. If we need to secure a domain before final approval, the registration cost will be invoiced in advance and must be paid before go-live. The domain is registered in your name. If you proceed, that amount is credited against the website package or first invoice. If you do not proceed, the third-party registration cost is non-refundable, but the domain remains yours.
Why do I need a website if my Google reviews are already good?
Because the reviews help establish trust, while the website gives an interested customer a controlled place to understand your services, see current information and contact you easily.
How much input do I need to give you?
The first enquiry is deliberately simple. Once you are ready, we send you our Get Ready form so you can provide your branding, services, photos, social links, preferences and other useful information in one place. If you do not have everything available, that is fine — we can work with what you have and help shape the website around the strongest information and assets available.
What happens after I complete the Get Ready form?
We prepare a strong first draft before the review call. We then spend about 30 minutes walking through it with you, make the agreed changes and send the final go-live version for sign-off.
Will the website work with WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp can be a prominent contact route with a proper click-to-chat button.
Can you link Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X or YouTube?
Yes. Relevant social profiles can be linked so the website and your existing channels reinforce one another. All we need is the link to the relevant page or profile.
Can the website change after it goes live?
Yes. Website Maintenance is intended to make routine ongoing updates easy and help keep the site current and relevant as the business changes.
Do I own the website?
Yes. With the R3,950 once-off option, the website is yours once the setup fee has been paid. With the R899/month option, the website becomes yours once the 12-month payment term has been completed. In both cases, your domain is registered in your name from day one, and there is no separate website buyout or release fee.
Are all websites built from the same template?
No. The examples demonstrate different structures, navigation systems, typography and visual directions.
