The basics
How much is the standard website?
The standard website build is R3,999 once-off for a professional business website of up to six pages. Website Hosting & Maintenance is R149/month.
Is there another payment option?
Yes. You can choose the no-upfront-build-fee option at R599/month for 12 months. Website Hosting & Maintenance is included during the 12-month term. Thereafter it continues at R149/month.
How quickly can it go live?
Your first version is usually ready for review within two working days once we have what we need. Go-live follows after your feedback, final approval and the required payment. With prompt feedback and a straightforward review, a standard website can realistically be live within four working days.
Can customers contact me through WhatsApp and social media?
Yes. We can make WhatsApp a prominent contact route and link your relevant social channels, so customers can move easily between your website and the platforms you already use.

Do you build e-commerce sites, custom applications or enterprise websites?
Not as part of the standard package. It is designed for professional business websites rather than complex e-commerce, custom software, portals or enterprise development. Projects with specialist requirements need a different scope and development approach.
Why do I need a website if my Google reviews are already good?
Because the reviews help establish trust, while the website gives an interested customer a controlled place to understand your services, see current information and contact you easily.
Getting ready & launch
How much input do I need to give you?
You don’t need to write the website or decide how it should be structured. GET READY is our detailed website brief: it guides you through the business information, photos, branding and preferences we need, and we turn that material into the website.
What happens after I complete GET READY?
GET READY is our detailed website brief. Once you submit it, we have the information and material needed to prepare your first version. You review it, we make the agreed changes, and after final approval, paperwork and payment, we publish the website.
Can you secure my domain?
Yes. If you need a new .co.za domain, we can check availability and arrange it for you. The first year of standard .co.za registration is included with your website. If you already own a domain, we can use that instead.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name from the outset. With the once-off option, ownership of the completed website transfers once the build fee has been paid. With the 12-month option, ownership transfers once all 12 payments have been completed. There is no separate website buyout or release fee.
