COMPLETE GET READY
Use our guided GET READY form to send the information, photos, branding and material we need to build your first version.

WE BUILD THE FIRST DRAFT
We shape the design, structure the content and build the first version around your business.

REVIEW & FINAL CHANGES
Review the working website and send us your feedback on the wording, imagery, layout and anything else you want refined. We make the agreed changes.

FINAL APPROVAL
Review the finished version. If you are happy to proceed, approve the website and accept the Sites4Africa terms.

INVOICE & PAYMENT
We issue the relevant invoice. The R3,999 once-off website build fee, or the first R599 monthly payment, must clear before the website goes live.

GO LIVE
We complete any agreed domain setup and publish your approved website. On the R599/month option, the 12-month term starts on the go-live date.
Working target
First version within two working days
Once we have what we need, we aim to have your first version ready for review within two working days. With prompt feedback and a straightforward review, a standard website can realistically be live within four working days.
